Q7: How do I check my balance?
Click Check My Rewards and enter your phone number or email to see your points, unlocked tiers, and rewards.

Q8: Are there program tiers?
Yes—Ember, Flame, and Inferno. Each tier unlocks a higher-value reward as you earn more points. Please refer from table above (Q4)
Q9: Do points expire?
The points are good for one whole year starting from your sign-up date.
